Position: Construction Coordinator (posted 02/06/13) (job posting .pdf) Job Description: Manage the day-to-day activities of construction field staff.  Coordinate and manage review and approval of submittals and RFIs.  Resolve construction project issues, conflicts, claims and problems.  Prepare, estimate, negotiate, document, and oversee contract change orders.
